there's lots of things you can do.
Firstly, check out your bounce rate, see how many people are staying on your site once they land on it. Something could very well be putting them off.
Secondly, make sure your copy is nice and punchy, to the point, and loaded with too much waffle.
Thirdly, make sure you're ranking for the right phrases for your customer base. There's little point being number one for "travel europe" if you specialise in trips to Asia, for example.
Fourthly, consider a PPC campaign. With this you can specifically target the right keywords as well as regions. You can also set up goals so you can track your visitors behaviour when they arrive at your site, and make specific landing pages for each keyword/phrase.
Have a look at those and see if they help.
Also, make sure your booking system is user friendly.
