Is that flickr is useful for SEO.can any one have the suggestion about how flickr helps to seo.is that flickr traffic is useful for SEO.

Flickr is good for yahoo image search yahoo always recomend flickr for images.

Well it helps cause you could put your ads and some of your site information from there you could show case what you could do and have, as much as putting your name on it is still a chance to make your site known.

I'm not sure if you can out a legitimate link in flickr... I remember putting links in flickr a long time ago and didn't get any back links neither google or yahoo I guess its no use at all

Basically it is source of finding images. If you have attached suitable tags with the images, you may appear in the right searched for the specific keywords in Google Images. Yes it is useful to drive organic as well as referral traffic.

Thank you all for your suggestion,i have tried it Flickr on a vary serious note.means i have click several photos which is very relevant to my site.i have made one yahoo id which the base criteria of flickr.after a making id i have create one specific url,where i have place these photos with some content.through content i place my tags and keywords.on the content i have give one link towards my main site for a particular keyword,after that i have perfect destination url where my link is highlighted with the content and snaps,but unfortunately the link is "nofollow". if i created some 15 urls is that my site traffic will increase.is this activity is index by google and comes on google image.or if we need to optimize that.

You can promote your product images in Flickr its really beneficial for a websites.

Flick really helps you to promote your site, I have used it for few times, With that I make a link in the description of my pictures to the referring post and this has really helped me getting more traffic to my blog.
