I am new to SEO

I have done seo to my website and got it to 4th position

How should I bring it to top position ?

SEO consists of two parts , i.e. onpaging and off paging. Both has its own importance, to bring your site to higher position you can make use of SEO techniques like, forum posting, blog commenting, bookmarking, article submission and many more things on the daily basis. By using these techniques you will slowly see your site getting ranked to higher position.

You should do best seo for your site if you are beginner then do care fully. Firstly its depend on ON Page SEO, and then do care fully off page seo. I am sure you will get top raking very soon.

just continue building quality relevant links, make sure your target keywords are anchor on your links also consider on page optimization is properly done.

You are in Top 5 right? That was good. What are those techniques
that you are using for your link building? Those are effective
since you are ranking in a good position. If you continue your
effort this will bring you on Top 1 position though there is a
tight competition.

You have to keep doing the backlinks building for your selected keyword. It is not possible to be on top ranking for every keywords. So you have to select the keywords and work on that..

You will have to follow the following things. Do a keyword research on with Google adword, Increase your website contents with more relevant keywords and increase internal linking, Do link your site with quality back links, Submit to blog, directories, articles, forums, press release, Choose the only relevant category for submissions.
