Some people say to use as many Keywords as you can per page & yet others say to use 3-5.

As I value SBI’ers opinions I would love to hear how many is the best to use per page & whether they should be short or long & anything else regarding keywords that is not in the Action guide.

There is no right answer. I would not have more than 3 keywords on the home page. I would also have one keyword for each of the other pages. Others may disagree.

The more the better,this would not be true.But I think this is not enough in terms of 3-5.

i think 3-5 is much better for long development . and the keywords had better to be short and Phrase

There is no exact answer to this question, you think you can do, but do pay attention to the link anchor text of each page and the long tail keywords

generally speaking, keyword density 3% -8% of every hundred words,
this effect is the best.

The keyword which you selected is has to be very authentic towards your site as well as it's very google friendly so that it get index by google. You only have to do social bookmark or add link to your profile page on Facbook, Twitter or LinkedIn so it will catch by google.

I use around 2-4 keywords. But all of them are related. For example:
1. automated forex systems
2. automated forex
3. automated systems
4. automatic forex systems

Please help to understand me better that there are different different points of the peoples. but i would like to say. Only 3-5 keywords should entire page or only in title of that particular page??

The question is no long how many keywords to use on your pages. It is where you use them and how. The first key is to create text on a page without worrying about keywords. Write whatever you would normally do if you weren’t worried about keywords, but make sure you create at least 250 words. Next, incorporate your keyword phrase at least once and not more than twice in your first paragraph. Incorporate it a few times in your text, but only where it flows naturally. Finally, incorporate it at least once in your final paragraph since Yahoo seems to place importance on it.

There's no magic percentage. Google have stated quite clearly that they don't calculate keyword density, so claiming a percentage is completely erroneous.
