When I have the option to place my link in high page rank and quality blogs by commenting,Then why should i spend money? Building link slowly is better than buying for fast link building.

this is the gray hat seo which is combination of black hat or white hat seo.
link purchasing is not ethical way of seo. to getting quality backlink, there is lots of option like directory submission, social book marking submission, guest posting etc.

in my view if your website is very good and you get visitor for your site. then it is not very important then you do work for high quality backlink with high quality website because these links are not good your website. these sites have lot of link in the site. and these quality website remove the links very few days.
