Its been a while that I had been thinking about putting a live chat on my site.. and this time I am decided to do it but don't know what is the best one to use. Does anybody have any idea on what is a good live chat agent to use? I've come across livechatagent.com but not sure about it yet? They offer real 24/7 online sales chat agents and customer service but have anybody heard of them? Anyone ever tried using it? Any feedback or suggestion?
