I heard that you can increase SERP result for a specific keyword. But, I do not know how to do this. I heard experts are improving SERP result within hours. Is it true? If yes, then How?
Is there any specific technique to increase SERP rank?

Forum posting and article Submission really help to improve traffic for a specific keyword. Almost all the Forms allow you to leave signature, or link(keywords) in the post or reply with dofollow. In article you should use keywords as an anchor text.

I don't think it is possible to improve SERPs ranking within hours it will take you at least 2-3 days to improve your SERPs ranking. The factors that effects the SERPs most the number and quality of backlinks and the length and relevancy of article with the keyword. So just work to write a lot of articles and build quality backlinks and you will be improving your SERPs ranking.

Are you sure we can improve the keywords of website by submitting articles and joining forums? I used to try this method; it takes more than 1 week to see the result. Now, google don't consider forum posting as important things, but only article submission.

Be careful where you post links too. I read that Google has a list of bad reputation websites, if they find your link there, you get a bad score too.

There are many way to do such things but still you have to follow google's algorithm because for the indexing and giving a importance for the particular site. Takes time that is how google think. But still you can try your best to get some fast gaining in SEPR.

Improving SERP takes time and efforts, you need to list all keywords which you want to rank better in Google. Use them very effectively throughout your website at important locations like title tag, meta, as anchor text.. etc ( On page optimization )
While you work on offsite optimization :: you need to take care you use proper keywords (targeted) within your signatures and can use them at few other locations.
Changes & improvement in SERP take time and depends on your skill and hardwork. .
