I am doing off-page task these days. After on-page task we go for an off-page. Is there any expert to tell me that from where to start off-page and where to end it? Means, complete effective off-page task process.

If you have already made on page changes for the keywords that you have selected then go for on page task. you can do following tasks

search engine submission
social bookmarking
directory submission
press release
article submission
forum posting

For off-page optimization you should undergo above mentioned link building methods simultaneously. You may also add link building methods like blog commenting, guest blogging ( contextual links ) etc.

I think these are the perfect strategy which you mention here. But no one can tell in numbers, that these will definitely help you if your are doing off page activities. Rest of all falls in place if your not spamming to the keywords and do proper SEO.

Do link your site with quality backlinks. Choose the best site for linking, Good PR site with less external linking.Choose the only relevant category for submissions.Submit to blog, directories, articles, forums, press release.Also do some SMO.

SEO is a continuous process - you need to keep running to stand still. You might be able to get your site to #1 but your competitors will keep on with their SEO and will overtake you if you don't carry on working at it.

In terms of what you need to do, have a read through the forum, particularly the orange 'sticky' threads at the top, and use the search function if you have any specific questions - all the information and discussions you are likely to need are already there.

One needs to understand how to perform link building or genarate back links. Search engine likes back links from relevant websites and from various domains not from any particular set of domains or websites. So, it is always requires to use as many link buildings method as you can to perform better off page optimization.

With above Techniques i am agreed.But Add New Techniques like
1.Question and Answer sites
2.Work with Yahoo answers.
