If you are asking for SEO help then obviously you are new to the SEO field? Not that that is a bad thing because we all have to start somewhere.
But if you have to ask how to rank well for a keyword then I wouldn't be starting with something as big as what you are aiming for - because chances are that the competition is going to be very strong.
However, if you still want to hit that main keyword, then I would recommend branching off and creating content and ranking for long-trail keywords first and work your way up to the big one.
Oh, male enhancements is very competitive niche and I don't think that some one can get quick SERP, especially for newbies.
