Is the use of meta refresh tag ethical from search engine point of view?Does search engines penalize sites that use meta refresh tags.

LOL, nice Chris..

MC stated some time last year that Google was now treating meta refresh of 0 as a 301 internally.. Is it a lazy way to redirect pages, yup.. But in some cases you have no other real choices and it does work..
