I am looking for a very simple script for my links page.

So I can make categories, add links to them and a description.

This must be really plain and simple so I can integrate it into my websites theme.

Write html code also would be my suggestion, because you don't tell us which program you're using.

Yes html is easy, but not as quick as having a simple admin panel with select category and form with link/description fields and submit button. :/

Admin panel would be the best to use, more for convenience if anything.
