Probably not very much, the effect might be people staying a bit longer on your pages to check out the tags and clicking on a few of them. A better option would be working on your own blog posts so that people begin bookmarking the pages and adding links to them. After a while an editor may even add your links to the Technorati pages which would be equal to a lot of traffic shares.

Thanks for your reply. I have another question. How much to put the tags on my blog? 10+ is ok?
tags is the way to describe your post . in some of the sites when users search then the site may used tag matching system to display the search and this way it can bring you traffic and important intelling relevance of that search...
A couple of my blogs get quite a lot of their search engine traffic due to tags. One plugin that will help you out if you use WordPress is: WP Auto Tagger
I have found with quite a few Wordpress blogs the tag links will be nofollow. I haven't made my mind up yet whether it is worth doing this. The tags in my blog have been indexed as separate pages so if content has the same tag will Google think I am just duplicating content? Not sure on that one - if anyone has the answer I would be very happy to hear it.
