Yes, I completely agree with you and I think these are some methods that are mainly related to SMO/SEM for getting targeted traffic to the site and to generate revenue. It takes little time but once it is done keeps the track of good visitors another process is Blog creation, PPT submissions that increases the daily traffic.

there are nothing like advance methods of SEO, all methods and techniques are those that has been discussed so many time, but what makes difference is the way how experts utilize these tools (methods) and all these varies industry to industry.
