First go with normal linkbuilding methods linke directory submission, social bookmarking, forum promotion, article submission and blog commenting etc in-order to increase your link popularity.

Then you can request for thematic links, guest blogging, link wheel process etc.

But you can't get the results quickly here. It's a time taking process.

SEO is classified into two namely:

On-Page Optimization - title tags, meta tags, description, keywords, content, alt attributes, robots.txt, h1/h2 tags and sitemap.

Off-Page Optimization - article submission, blog commenting, forum posting, classified ads, press release, online group posting, link exchange, social bookmarking, hub page, link wheel and squidoo are just some of them.

I read your question and for me there's a great probability that you're seo noob and you haven't tried to read any articles or use some of techniques, becasue if I was wrong, you'd mention already used but unsuccessful techniques

Add more detail about your site. SEO starts with onpage and offpage.
