Google has officially anounced that links from twitter will have much more weight than before, but the juice count will depend on quality and the quantity of the pages.

Twitter links are all attached with the nofollow attribute, so I don't see how they can pass link juice.

Both Facebook and Twitter are actually useless in Google ranking. It is useful in part for traffic but not for rankings.

it help your site to get reputation by making it famous using those social networking sites... I see some facebook and twitter pages that are ranking and get PR so I don't believe in no follow links.

I dont give much difference to nofollow and dofollow, afterall, they all are links. Maybe not G, some other SE will find it helpful. SMO are for traffic and not for links.

They have absolutely no rank value at all because they are 'nofollow' links, if they did have any value then they would both suffer from spamming, thus the reason they use nofollow links to discourage spam
