Hi Buddy,

I was listen to some major search engine not prefer to meta tag keyword, please let me know that some major search engine as like(Google, Yahoo, MSN) is prefer to meta tag keyword or not, your suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I've heard that Google is less likely to take your meta keywords into account than Yahoo/Bing, but I always add a few in there for each page I have anyway.

Google no longer uses meta keywords, but not affect anything if you have them

I've heard many times already that meta keywords aren't considered by Google. However, I think meta description is a valuable html tag.

As far as i know meta keywords and description still have importance for search engines.

Well it has only been TEN years since SEs began stopped using meta keywords and descriptions.

you can understand, seeing how recent its non-inclusion has been, as to why these folks still think it's important. I wonder if they still think Bill Clinton is the US president?

I'm more focus on meta title and description since its mostly seen in the serp... its not a must for me to put meta keywords.

Yahoo has removed the use of the tag from its ranking algorithm. The news came during the Ask The Search Engines session at SMX East in New York today.Google and Bing do not support the meta keyword tag. In fact, Google has never supported it.It do support several other meta tags like "description" meta tag.

Yes there is not any search engine which will not give preference to meta tags.

The meta lelement "title", is not used by any known Internet search engine.

Nearly all the search engines mostly used, such as Google, Yahoo and Bing don't acknowledge the use of Meta Tags, expect that of Title and Description Tag.....
