Is there a way to see how the pages that have been indexed are ranked without having to type it in at google and then start searching.

Nope! And "rank checking" is a pointless pastime anyway.

Look at your server logs, or use Google Analytics which lets you know which search terms are working for you.

Install Google tool bar on your browser. From there you can check whether your pages has been indexed or not .

You can check for search phrases you're getting traffic in Google webmasters tools now.

You can install analytics to your site and see from what keywords do you get visits.. Then use "free google monitor" to see how you rank for those keywords.
