Backlinks- Link Wheel
|

I am new in SEO, and I recently heard about another Link Wheel called advanced link wheel. It is something different from the original link wheel; and I know the original one well, but am not sure how does advanced link wheel work. Could anyone here give some suggestion?

Well link wheels are kind of dead now, but you coudl still get some link juice from them if done property. I'm taking a stab in the dark but I'm guessing that an advanced link wheel is just a more complex link wheel.
So rather than just interlinking all your efforts (blog story etc) to each other and to the money site, you would have say 10 main blog sites (sub sites), that have a link wheel pointing to them and each other (but not to the main money site) but only the main blog story (sub sites) would link back to the money site.
So in effect you would need to do a lot of work on the sub sites (social bookmark, rss, articles, press etc) to get them up and running, and you leverage the power of them to your money site.
If done right it keeps your main money site away from all the efforts that you might do on the other sites. A kind of google firewall if you like.

BTW
Such schemes are dead before they even start, once anyone starts talking about such ideas on discussion websites, search engineers are looking for the footprint of the scheme and have the links from them devalued in a matter of days, or weeks at the outside.

yeah - over at this one forum (I won't mention the name) - all these guys are always mentioning link wheels and how effective they could be. They're pretty much link happy.
If ppl spent more time on-site optimization and then try to promote it instead of thinking that a lot of backlinking is magical and can move your site to #1 - they will find that things would eventually go smoother for them.

Nope! It's a junk scheme for junk splogs to get junk links.
The only people taking part in such schemes are junk blog owners that cannot get links any other way.

Yes, as I also think so, the link for the site's ranking round is very helpful.

Bless my soul, what will they think of next.
I like the way these things advertise "permanent" links - as opposed to older systems which go back and delete the spammy links they've dropped, presumably,

Link wheels are junk. Multi-tiered link building is not.
Closed link wheels and reciprocal linking is dead and will be devalued quickly, but creating unique content properties as your first tier links. Then creating more 2nd tier links is very worthwhile. This will help get your quality and unique content backlinks indexed quicker and provide a bit more link juice. Anyone who says multi-tiered linking is "BS or Junk" is a liar and full of ****. All of the top SEO companies in the US use similar techniques across various types of web platforms, whether its social media, web 2.0's, guest blogging, etc etc. Creating 2nd, 3rd and 4th tier links help index and push more weight down the line to your site. Keep your anchors natural and use intelligent SEO methods, not junk automation and other crap that is usually associated with these types of SEO techniques.

If, of course, their pages contain content written mainly for the visitors search engines. And I mean horribly written.. most likely it wouldn't appear on the first 10 pages for any daily used search phrase on Google Search,
