I think onpage SEO optimization is whatever SEO that you can do on your page, such as title tags and keyword density. Off-page SEO will be link building

seo is not a limited thing .. like it has more then 200 factors to make your website's ranking high into search engines .. so one page and off page cannot be described in few words
