I don't know if it's true or not and would like to know the veracity of this information of which that it's more valuable (according to some search engines) to use manual html code rather than that of visual one.

I'm guessing here - but I think what he means by manual HTML is basically no CMS - just written in a notepad.

Visual would mean a type of CMS?

Better use any CMS if your website will grow. You will have difficulties adding new content if your website is based on a static HTML pages

That's why there's PHP. ( if you're referring to editing multiple html pages to gain one result )
