Anyone knows what are link building techniques that work effective except the technique below?
- Blog commenting
- Articles and Link Directories Submissions
- Social Bookmarking
- Forum posting
- Profile backlink
- Link exchange
- Press release
I've done all techniques above and so bored with that, if you know new or old techniques that I didn't know, please share with us here

How about writing up interesting content that people might actually link to, instead of you linking to it?

I really think that most so called SEO ppl are doing too much off-site optimization and not enough on-site.

Sound hard, and good idea.
But my site doesn't possible to writing up interesting content or something like that.
Should I create another blog to do that as the "second party"? Then linking to my main site?
Is it better then directly to linked without any party?

I think competitor analysis is crucial in deciding which link building technique will be more effective than the rest,However ,its better not to have a tunnel vision and hopefully I can get some advice from experts here.

There isn't a more effective backlinking strategy than one that involves writing great content that backlinks to your own website. The problem comes when you get a machine to generate your content or hire $2 writers to write 1000 articles. That's when we all end up with horrific paragraphs of nothingness. Just write great content and enjoy the fruit of your labor.

Is this a really bad spam attempt - keyword stuffing but no link? Is the culprit planning on editing in a few days to drop a link? Does he know that's a waste of time on these forums?

Well according to me the best way to increase rankings of keyword is to go with Blog Commenting....

Mentioned all techniques are great and very important but I am giving importance to Forum because its useful for SEO and it improves my knowledge too.

Yeah, I also experience such thing. Boredom comes when you are already expert in Link Building. You can look for other tasks to do like blogging. It is fun I assure you.
