If you want faster results, PPC is the game. SEO is a waiting game but the effects are longer as well.

seo by its definition is not so quick way to get traffic... You need to get links that are live and get indexed fast, from blogs, forums and other communities

SEO is not a quick thing. It does take time. Strong content to your site regularly, Back linking, Forum posting(Using your site in the signature), Social media such as twitter, facebook, youtube. Create a twitter account for your specific niche and start following others in your niche or that is related to your niche and when you add content you can send out a tweet. Facebook Fan Pages as well for your niche.

If you want to increase back links so do work in Do-Follow website like social bookmarking and forum posting its really helpful to increase back link on your website.

First of all SEO is time consuming task so we have to devote so much time to get good results.There is no way to get results in one night.
So use all link building ways to get quality backlinks.

SEO is not a plate ready to eat! You have to make efforts and wait to crawl your entire website by search engines. If you will make any unauthorized techniques to get quick results, search engine may detect it and penalize your site...
