There are many SEO tool which are available on the internet to check the webiste status, their back links, errors and many more things. Woorank is also a very great tool for the website analysis which shows every things about the website a complete details, back links with Dmoz and Yahoo directory, Title of the pages, on-page errors and lot more information which is generally required for a webmasters before starting work on a website.

Unless you know what everything means SEO "analysers" are utterly useless, more pages were removed from the index by Google's "Panda" update that had followed "formula SEO" than were removed for "content farming".

So use the "reports" to "optimise" your pages at your own risk because there should be a "website health warning" attached to them!

I use bing webmaster tool and google analytics for gathering all the reports about my site it's quite useful and free, bing webmaster tool is accurate then google for checking backlinks.

I don't know. But I think there's something "fishy" in seomoz. They have conducted some experiments that I've tried but the results are all frustrating.

That's probably because most of the SEOMoz "experiments" are fundamentally flawed in the "test methods" used.

Majestic SEO is best free tool for use but if you are going to pay then i will recommend you OpenSiteExplorer.

I'd say Website Auditor, it will show you broken links, HTTP status code errors, w3c warnings, duplicate content within the site, canonical URLs.
But, again, you have to know what to do with this info.

And, if I were you, I wouldn't strive to check some obscure SEO score for my site, because different SEO tools calculate this "score" very differently. And not all of them do, BTW.
