Does anyone know of a really good free article spinner for windows? Not like an auto-spin but one where you can manually select the synonyms or phrases you would like to substitute.

Any recommendations would be awesome.

I have a software: rapid writer...
Got it last years (or so)......does what you ask....
can not remember if I paid or got it free.....
I have only "played" with it....but it seems to work well...

I have several more......don't do what you want....

EDIT: spin writer pro.....don't know where I got this one either....auto searches replacement words.....
BTW: I checked both softwares for sites.....no luck...

Another Edit: Word flood...not free...but works great.....provide words and phrases.....
These will only help if you can already write....mental stimulation when the mind gets tired....

Articles have a place on the net......
Just like a library has books.....

The trick.....
Dump the worthless material.....

Hardly anyone complains about good articles...there just seems to still be a lot of garbage....still around....

Articles for a good reason, ie: as a reference or for educating and informing yes.

But for "Search engines" .... totally pointless.

It's true because unless you spend a lot of time monitoring the content spit out by an article spinner, it's still going to read like garbage and Google is getting better at detecting spun content.

Articles should ALWAYS be written by hand, if you care about long-term SEO at all.

Most of the time Google ignores to this kind of work in crawling so do it manually for better results.

Guys most article spinners have manual notation. I wasn't asking for advice on whether or not I should use one. Just if anyone could recommend a good one.

It would be interesting to see what is better for SEM.

1. 1000 article submissions (manual notation spin)
2. 1000 bookmarks (manual unique descriptions)
3. 1000 directory listings (manual submissions with 10 unique anchor texts and descriptions)

Usually I post a mix of this stuff along with a whole bunch of other stuff. Regardless of what anybody says about, having 3,500 inbound links to every page of site helps it's search engine rankings tremendously.

I'm going to guess articles right off hand because the ratio of text to outbound links is much higher. There's only a few things i could think of that would be better. A bunch of exclusive contextual links from high PR sites would be one of them. Unless you have something really awesome for link bait. Which I don't because I'm just not that awesome.

I do on occasion build links for people who have pretty awesome sites.

Honestly, I'm not using article spinner. I heard bad reviews about that so I refused use such tool.

I used an article spinner and submitted to a bunch of article directories. Page is #1 on Google for title keyword already. Of course the site's domain name also has the keyword in it which is a good SEO practice.

Every newly discovered page is shown in the top few results for "the keywords" for a few days, sometimes a couple of weeks.

That has been happening since 1998 so it shouldn't be a surprise or news to anyone.

I am of the opinion that using article spinners to spin the article content is not a good practice, instead you can try writing content on your own by making use of some references , quotes wherever necessary, mentioning statistical data wherever required and making use of some synonyms for particular words so that your content becomes more unique and informative.
