I think I have read somewhere that having all the links to www.domain.com or domain.com is better than having half to www and half to domain.com
is it important for seo?
and is it important to have all the traffic redirected to one of those or not?
if it's important, how can I send everyone to www.domain.com also if they are accessing domain.com?

yes it is important, yes you should redirect to one of those (using a 301 permanent redirect)

how depends on your server technology, just about every possible combination is in the pinned thread here

I don't think it matters which one you use, but you should redirect one to point to the other.
