yep <title> which is not a meta tag actually but is the most important tag for SEO and meta description are the useful ones. Include a keywords meta for the odd one that uses it but don't waste too much time thinking about it
whoops, there you go, that was enough 
robots meta is an exclusion method, so only needed to instruct compliant bots not to do something
The rest, unless you have a internal reason to use them, such as documenting your site don't even bother.
revist-after was also an exclusion, instructing the bot not to return for at least x days. Only one now defunct SE was known to use this.
