could you anyone tell me how many keywords should i place in alt tag,is there any specific HTML code for that.

Hi shanz,

alt attributes should be used to describe your image, in case the user's images are turned off or they are using a screen reader etc.

Forget about stuffing them with keywords and focus on using them for your site's viewers.

Or you can ignore the above and believe that the magic number is no more than 7 occurrences

Just like gringo said. alt attibutes are intended for screen readers and browsers that aren't presenting images. They also have a minimal impact on search engines as people have been using them as spam for too long.

Here's a good article from 456 Berea St about the proper use of alt and title attibutes.
