looking for a keyword tool that shows actual numbers of searches of a keyword on google, i klnow about the overture assistant and googles own keyword tool , but it doenst give you figures?? anbody know if theere are tools that show actual search numbers for google?

I don't think anything exists that shows the number of searches performed at Google for a given search. That info would have to come directly from Google and they tend to be hush hush about a lot of seo related things.

The AdWords Keyword Tool is probably the closest you'll find to what you want.

I agree, overture is the best tool, you can use wordtracker it is also similar as overture.

Yeah, Google doesn't give that kind of information. I also use overture a lot, gives a nice indication. But you can also promote links where all the research has been done. Try:

yeah thought that was the case, i'm right in thinking that for any term entered into the overture tool , you're probbaly looking at an extra say 10-20% more searches so for example if "paris city breaks" on overture is say 5000 a month then on google we probably looiking at about 7-8000???
