are there any benefits to SERP's by including the title attribute in text/anchor links?

Does any one have any experience of adding this attribute and SERP's increasing? or decrreasing?

none whatsoever
the title is there for accessibilty reasons NOT simply another place to stuff keywords

i'm not looking to stuff keywords into them, im using the title attribute mainly for visitor userbility and was wondering if s/e take any notice of these at all , i have read various articles all with differing opinions

it's simple to check if they are seen by SEs.

In google check the cached text for a page and see if the title text is there.

BTW, No SEs index the title attributes at all. Tested
