SEO and URL structure

Does anyone know whether rankings are adversely affected by using the following URL structure :
www.directline-holidays.co.uk/Cheap%20Family%20Holidays
We have %20 in the URL , so when someone searches for “cheap family holidays” we show up but the keywords in the url are not bolded like they would be if the structure was
www.directline-holidays.co.uk/Cheap_Family_Holidays ?? (not an active url)
any advice?

not affected in the slightest

but you should avoid spaces in filenames for other reasons

the bolding is nothing to do with rankings and keyword urls have little to do with rankings as well
do a forum search been covered a few times

i'm of the opinion that keyword urls do affect the SERP slightly, having the keyword in the url as well as the main theme of the page would definately be seen as a good thing when the robots come around

I like the way you did it with the _ instead of the %20, it looks cleaner.

If you use an underscore (_) the search engines don't parse it so they see everything as one word. I'm not sure why since I would think they would be capable. With the dash (-) they see separate words so if you belive urls carry weight then the dash will be better. I think keywords in a url have a minor weight at best.

Also the underscore can be hard to see in the address bar so your visitors may mistake it for a space and mistype your url in the future.
