I have 2 sites that have the same class c ip range, what are the implications of this ? and is it better to have these sites on different servers for terms of seo. The sites do refer to each other and are on similar subjects?

I have a client with a similar situation. He has multiple travel related sites on a single server all linked together. Google doesn't seem to have any problem with this (most have PR5's with good rankings for several competitive key words. He's not even showing up in Yahoo. I haven't begun to review the sites as to why yet but any ideas whether Yahoo is sensitive to such heavy interlinking?

When google hits that server it will be redirected to the location of that hostnames files, it will then read it as though on a server of its own. Google neither cares nor knows that this server may be hosting multiple site.

Some ISP host many many sites on shared hosts and these get googled without trouble.
