I show recently search 20 keywords on main page.These links as you know will change on time to time.
And search engines would first index them like here.
But then it would not fine same links on the main page again and they will find new links all the time.

Could it create bad impression for search engines ?

"Possibly", but not for the reason of changing links. It may be more a question of excessive anchor text vs. non-anchor text.
