probably not

but it will get you banned from from your ISP and any ISP you run it on. Probably get your IP and website blocked from sending emails to anywhere and have you labelled as a spammer.

IT'S SPAM!!!!! plain and simple.

I hate spam -just like the owners of other 50 million mail addresses-!!!

It's very valuable and helper to collect e-mails of people who wants to get e-mail about your site. But the way that Omio mentions is very bad!

the seller says it's spam free!
Q- Can I be accused of spam by using your service?

A- Absolutely Not! It is simply impossible. This because our system is 100% safe, 100% legal, 100% bulletproof. Here's why: Everyone in the database both double opted in and paid to be on the list. A remove link and disclaimer is included automatically for you in each outgoing email for you. Additionally, your email address is never seen by the recipients. The messages are not sent from your email servers, or address, but are sent using ours, and only ours. Therefore, you can not ever be accused of spam

1. Even if sent out, most of these emails will be treated as spam and hence will most likely land in the Junk folders.

2. Though these 50 Million users may have subscribed to the news letters from on of the many sites (which sell their cusotmer email ids), they are most likely looking at some specific information and not at random emails with promotion material.

Not worth the effort!

It won't bring any hits to your site as you are sending mails to millions who haven't asked for any such information about your site or your services, your mail will get caught up in the spam filter or end up in the trash folder of the recipients. Another question is how many of those 350 million email addresses are actually active?
