Hi,
I just want to know is there anyother way of getting one way links other than articles,directories,press releases.As i have been seeing that most of the people on freelance sites are asking for one way theme related links and that too free links not paid.Just want to know whether it is possible or not.If possible how?

Depends on the site I'd say. Ultimately the best way to get links is to have content on your site that someone would want to link to. If you do it's much more likely you'll get links.

You might do something to gain the attention of another site. If you get their attention and they like your content they might link to you. You can always email and ask though you may not get a response.

Mostly you want to give someone a reason to link to you. If you write a good article for example the people who read it may very well link to the article.

Maybe if you do an especial thing the people will link to you.

Writing link worty content is a good way of doing it.
People like linking to and blogging about good sites.

I guess he is asking about providing themed links as a service provider to a client -- in that case you need to know how to search for theme related websites, contact their websmasters and ask them for a link to your clients' website.
