I'll be honest that the domain name looks on the spammy side. I realize that wasn't your intention, but I'm pretty sure that's how Google would see it. Usually you want to limit the number of dashes in a domain. The only reason you woud use that many is for the added keyword benefit, which probably isn't a lot.
The phrase you're going after is probably on the competitive side. Phrases around web design and web hosting are rather competitive. It's usually easier to rank well in MSN through on page factors along, but with Yahoo and Google you're going to need a lot more links pointing to your site before you can expect to rank for competitve phrases. Google also places weight on the age of a domain, site, page, links, etc so it will usually take the longest to rank well for comptetive terms.
