First of all, don't obsess over Google PR. As long as you have "some", that will be good enough for now. Your rankings WON'T come from PR alone...they'll come from a combination of good design, usability, and things that will make a customer WANT to visit your site.
Simply put, your biggest problem with SEO also happens to be your biggest problem with the site...it has some usability issues.
Your table width is set to 800, which won't fit horizontally on any monitors that are set to 800x600 screen resolution (the scrollbar takes up 20 pixels.)
Second, you have some spelling errors ("solitaire", for example.)
Third, your link exchange has GOT to, GOT to, GOT to go. They don't work, and usually they end up being some minimal cross-promotion between two unrelated sites, two crappy sites, two competing sites, or in your case a combination of the above. In other words, don't do this. It won't help you a bit.
Next, you should change all links from bluevelour.com/index.php to just bluevelour.com . That's your home page, and the one you're trying to promote most.
Next on the agenda...externalize your CSS and Javascript into their own .CSS and .JS files. This will speed up your page load times as well as removing any unnecessary code an SE spider will have to get through.
And finally, make your site validate as much as possible. See here:

The best SEO you'll be able to do is stop worrying about SEO and start worrying about your users. You know, those funny little creatures that will actually buy your products if you build the site right.
