During link exchanging, I have added my website domain or page links on someone's website descriptions ( on s special keywords ). For an example Just see below

Please let me know this ethical or unethical, becuase somebody told me that this is not logical and why?

I can't find any reason its not "logical". This way, you'll get more traffic and google won't see it as a **** link page link.
