Dear friend's

plz guide me --

i am using some images in my web pages and placed some keyword's on alt tag separted with commas. Is it fine?
Can i use keywords without comma which one is bettar way to do in point of seo.

Text in the alt alttribute should describe the image, so use commas where you would normally use them. You shouldn't just string a sequence of keywords together.

I think it will be fine, if you look at my site I probably did something similar to yours. I'm using the word "appliance parts" to get ranked up in the search engines, and as you can see when looking at my alt tags on my main page, they all start with the word "appliance parts", even though you went a little extreme with yours, lol.

place your keyword in an alt tag in a way that your describing the images.

your images should have the right Alt Tag, So it can be crawl the way it should be.

ALT tags are used to describe the images and for SEOs side you'll add up some of the targeted keywords in describing each images...

Alt tags help greatly in SEO in some cases, but they are not 100% necessary. Check out this article:

After the hammering that alt attributes got from spammers, their weight was reduced. Keyword abuse aside, there is no reason why alt text would weigh more than ordinary text.

Where on earth do you get this information from? If you are positioning yourself as an authority on SEO you have a responsibilty to make sure your information is right.

Gringo, Alt txt does throw more weight then regular text, that is why you use it very sparingly. Sorry that you disagree, but I have tested and it does work quite well when use appropriately

Leave everything alone, don't do anything but put 3 - 4 alt txt on your page for your fav key word and you will see yourself start to get listed more gringo.

That's hardly a clinical test. How do you know it wasn't another factor that led to your increased ranking? A factor that you weren't monitoring (age of your page, inbound links you can't control, algorithm changes). The mistake you are making is thinking that what you are focusing on (alt text) is the only thing that changes. It's not.

There are many things beyond your control and awarenes that are ever changing. Simply putting alt text on some images and waiting to see what happens is not a valid test.

I agree that alt text can help too. I doubt that it would be worth more than ordinary text, though I've not tested it

ALT tags are a required element for standards-based HTML coding. Every image must have an ALT tag, and each ALT tag must be properly implemented -- it pays to know your SEO Logic before running off at the mouth.

Can't imagine anyone having 500 images on a page; talk about slow-loading -- but, it stands to reason you'd have different alt text for each image.
