HI friends,

I am doing business related to home theater, sound system etc.
For seo i have almost submitted my site diffrent directory, also doing the article submission work. But can anybody tell me how to find more and more traffic regularly through SEO.
Please help me out experts.

jupita unfortunately seo can take time before you see the results you want. It's really a lot more than submitting to a few directories and submitting a few articles.

Contrary to the posts above mass reciprocal linking is not a good way to build traffic to your site. It's ok to exchange links with site on related topics to yours, but trading links with any site in the hopes search engines will see more links pointing to your site can end up hurting more than helping.

It's good you provide an html version of your site since search engines will have difficulty crawling the Flash version. It doesn't look at all like you've optimized your html site though.

You might want to spend some time reading through the seo threads here and at other forums to get a better understanding of the basic concepts of seo.

Know though that traffic (at least useful traffic that may buy something) generally doesn't come overnight. The sooner you can see past trying to find a quick solution the sooner you'll be able to have success.

theseokit -- you're absolutely wrong; what you're offering is indeed reciprocal linking and you shouldn't be allowed to do such "blatant advertising" for monetary gain!

Hello jupita12. Most people have the same question when they start their website. Here is how we got started:

1) Submit to content related directories.
2) Banner Advertisements
3) Start Article system where i post useful tutorials and things from time to time.
4) Few good link exchanges. (dont go crazy with this)

All my site needed were few dedicated members. It was a free hosting site like angelfire / geocities and once they have their account, i would have other users flooding in from their site.

Thats basically how it worked for me. (note - never used too many link exchanges). It depends on your content - if its something people can use / unique, they will come!

Maybe you can introduce some forum etiquette that recommends you don't take a poster's requests for help/information as an opportunity for you to try and sell them something.

I've been thinking of writing up a sticky for this forum. I think what's been preventing me from writing it is that I have a hunch too many people would ignore it. But maybe it needs to be written anyway.

I was thinking both the basics (though that can be hard to cover in one post) and also a bit of etiquette.

Now this is one of the things I find frustrating about the whole SEO arena. There are things that work for some people and things that work for others.

The problem is until you try them you will not know which one works. Articles are good and can work but it depends on your keywords, if your keywords are wrong for the content on the page then it won't work, if the keyword weight is wrong then it won't work.......I have to say I understand why the big companies that do get to the top pay such a high price to be up where they are for the smaller person it is a nightmare to get it right and get up into the higher percentage earners.

Am I wrong or is it just me?

Business sites are great for traffic, just post it in free classified ads, craigslist gives big traffic.

Or try Bookmarking your site in del.icio.us, good idea.
