Here's a resource people can add one-way-links to without being spammy: a wiki set up as a web directory with a public face for each site. Mine is http://www.aboutus.org/ForrestCroce.com - everyone in here should have their own page already. Someone was asking about deep links earlier; this would be a place to get a few. SEOs will be glad to know links don't use nofollow.
