Something really funny to me, and not to steal your thread dude, but I kind of gave up on ad sense and just took it off a bunch of my sites. And all of a sudden everyday I have had 3-5 clicks earning me about 1.00 per day! And I don't even try... Weird

Well, you're right. I too sometimes feel that my code is being clicked somewhere else since last week, I unloaded Adsense and still got some clicks. I think I forgot to unload it from my old sites which aren't maintained anymore and those sites get those clicks.

set up channels for anything current, so you can tell where the clicks are coming from

Well it depends on your blog and how fo you maintain and improve its link popularity...create contents to your blog that surely get other peoples attention...update it from time to time and improve your link popularity...
