Very happy today.
Fininished a website for a luxury condominium project in Pattaya Thailand.

They wanted to have high search result for
keywords : luxury condominiums for sale pattaya.
And after 3 weeks I reached number one position.

Also luxury condominiums for sale thailand : Nr2

I just focused on basic SEO, page title, keywords, H1, body text, ALt text ... I know I can still do a lot to optimize the pages more.
Learning every day more... and a lot from you guys and this excellent forum . Thanks for that.

Next step ofcourse will be Google, but still a lot of work to do for this
in building links.

It happens,

New site, ranks highly for a couple of weeks

And BTW they get how many queries for that phrase ?

Somewhere around 0 I would think.

Sure you are right. have to see if I can stay there, that will be the next challenge..
They focus the most on people living in Thailand to buy
a condominium and then the phrase is not so bad.
Nr 1 from 27,900 listings.
But also luxury condominiums pattaya (NR7), Luxury condominiums Thailand (NR12)

I would have to agree, that search phrase is not searched very often. Just because a listin has any x# of listings does not mean it is ever searched.

Use http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword/ this tool will show you how many times a phrase has been typed in the last month, if any
