The only thing I can think of with respect to this is to track outbound links from your site.
That's the only thing you can do of this nature without restorting to under-hand techniques which is obviously not recommend/suggested/endorsed/legal (in most cases).
Otherwise the only possibility is some sort of large external tracking service (e.g. Google Analytics) that gives everyone some sort of access to the all stats they record. However (for good reason) I don't think any popular stats service does this.
Obviously Google Analytics gives Google the ability to understand the online movements of a large proportion of people across the majority of the Internet - which presumably they'll be using to refine their search results etc. (or otherwise will be looking to do so).
