Hi can we use Title tag or meta keywords without separating each other. I mean if we don't use (,) to detaching keywords. If we do that what impact will have on our SERP.

Probably not even slightly

Just FORGET "how search engines will react" CONCENTRATE HOW IT WOULD LOOK TO VISITORS!!!!!!!!

Search engines don't care how you design your site. If you need to use commas (or prefer to) use them, if not don't.

Personally I stay far far far away from a site with a title in the SERP that is a comma seperated list of key phrases.

It shouts "this page has been supposedly 'optimised' for these words, So probably isn't what you are looking for"

REAL people have credit cards.
REAL people join your forum
REAL people sign up for your newletter
REAL people visit your "sponsors" and might convert there

Search engine do NONE of that. Talk to the people who could generate an income for the site/pages NOT the search engines.

You might just find that search engines prefer it as well. Now how surprising would that be ????

Google doesn't even look at your meta keywords. So that one really doesn't matter. Like Chris said, most people won't click if they see a bunch of commas ( , ) in the title, unless they're trying to find a piece of fine art ( think: Ansel Adams "Moonrise, Hernendez, NM" ). This will have zero effect on your search position, but since the SERPs show the page title, it can affect which result people click on.

And, long-term, other people are more likely to link to your page if its designed well, and doesn't look like an aggressive SEO job. And that will affect your rankings. I write articles for my site, and link out from most of them; I always look for the site my users will appreciate the most to link to on any given topic.
