Simply buying a domain for 10 years doesn't automatically make the domain older.
Does buying a domain for 10 years mean that the information on your site is better than on other sites? No.
Does buying a domain for 10 years imply a commitment that a typical spammer might not make? Maybe, maybe not.
In my opinion, buying a domain for a long period of time only indicates that you might not be a spammer. It certainly doesn't mean that that domain deserves some kind of ranking benefit.
But I've seen nohing documented by a search engine so who knows? |
