Mainly choose good titles for on-page SEO, and then do off-page SEO like any other web site. I have a much harder time doing SEO for mine because of the wide variety of topics I like to cover. But if your blog is about a central theme, it should be fairly easy.
Also, this doesn't have anything to do with SEO, but I've found articles with pictures are more popular than ones without.
Sign up for and use Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. To make use of both of these you'll need to edit the html in your blogger template, but it's easy.
