Hi guys,

I became a moderator on a site named Boards4Free quite sometime ago, the site is a company that gives out free boards e.g SMF, WBB Lite and many more, the board has been open for about two months and five days we currently have about thirty two registered members, so i was wondering what do i need to do to gain more members, im a beginner at advertising and stuff like that so i don't really know were to get started, although i understand it takes a while for the site to get advertised, i just need to know were to start can anyone please help me out, thank you very much.

What's your target demographic? What are some reasons a person would go with one of your free packages instead of buying a $5 a month hosting plan and installing a free, probably open source, forum onto it?

I noticed you have a spam forum ... that could be one reason, if you've got good info that people will be interested in. You seem to have a few boards dedicated to running a forum site, so I'd play up "support" if I were you. I'd also try to make something of your spam forum in particular ... it's a game of cops and robbers that everyone hates playing. If there's a new way to leapfrog ahead of the spammers, people will want to know about it.
