hi,
Iam working with this blog(http://www.managementdevelopmenttraining.blogspot.com/) from last 3 months and i have good back links also but till now i not got any Page Rank.
Please any one help me in this regard.

1) External PageRank is updated infrequently (usually every 3-4 months), and is not a factor (it's just an indicator).

2) Internal PageRank is updated constantly, and its importance has been overblown.

3) You've got far more significant issues with your site than a little green bar (specifically, a lack of original content.)

Yep.

I hear Google became much stricter on sites which don't have original content.

(Sorry for merely reiterating ADAM's position. I hope Google doesn't penalize me for this.)

Try to attach your blog to a lot more high PR sites, as this has always done the trick, for any site I have messed with. It works 100% do it.

i thought it was going to be this coming july??? me either i'm working hard for my blog but still no pr and i'm waiting for google update.
