There are, but you probably won't find them if you're looking for "dedicated SEO" companies. The true SEO companies adopt a holistic approach, examining all aspects of your website, and make fixes based on all of those aspects.

iHelpYou is one of those firms...you won't like the answers they give you all the time, but they're done with the best of intentions.

i think there are.. i saw one while browsing in the internet but i can't remember the link.. just try searching and you'll find one.
