Get quick links.

But you are focusing on the wrong thing. PR alone won't help you. Unless all you want is high PR and nothing else (like rankings, visitors, conversions etc)

1) Get a green marker.
2) Color in the PageRank portion of the Google toolbar with it until it reaches the level you're happy with.

Get some good links around 75 - 100 of PR 1 or greater from relevant website, your website will gain sure PR in next update.

don't focus on PR.. it's better to focus on getting quality backlinks.

Pagerank is just for Google's backlinks, you must collect backlinks that are indexed by Google, with or without pageranks.

Pageranks are just used for link selling or link exchanges, it does not affect your site's traffic, making it less important.

Backlinks are the best way forward. Although I would suggest you try and get as much help from social bookmarking as possible too - create an article in Digg, suggest that people bookmark your site in del.icio.us, and for a traffic boost, submit it to StumbleUpon

I think Adam's quote was funny, i have not been on the radar for a while, but what i have done is created a new site http://www.snappamedia.co.uk
this site has been running for around 3 months,if you do a uk (google) for "webdesign packages" go to approx page seventeen, hay presto, what would you lot see as the way forward for me know to increase ranking.

So that means you can't ever surf to anyone else's web site or you'll experience "PR Leak" and your competition will have great PR too.
